The ex-chairman of Oyo East local government, Hon. Prince Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi has expressed shock over the death of the leader of the party in Oyo federal Constituency and Ex-officio member, South-west PDP, late Alhaji Abdul Yekeen Ademola Santos.
Arowosaye described the demise of Ademola Santos, a member of the party’s Southwest Ex-officio, as a huge loss to the PDP family and Oyo township.
He expressed heartfelt condolences to his family, the PDP S’west, the entire PDP family in the Oyo federal constituency, and the people of Oyo State, where he hailed from, praying to God to grant repose to his soul and stand by everyone he left behind
Speaking with Heritage Echo correspondence, the golden Son of the Alaodi-Modeke community in Ward 03 areas of Oyo East local government, Hon. Prince Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi stated; “I was short of words as everything was like a dream. I received the news of the death of my leader and leader of our party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Oyo federal constituency with great shock”.
“He was a father to me, a political leader and tutor, a tutor, and a motivator whose political experience cannot be underestimated”.
“This is sad, his death is a deadly blow on us at this auspicious time of Mount Arafat and Eid-Kabir eve, as well as when the political experience and astuteness of Alhaji Abdul Yekeen Ademola Santos was most needed.
