In a demonstration of civic duty, His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, exercised his right to vote today in the Local Government election in Oyo State. The Governor, casted his vote at Ward 12, located in Ibadan North East, amidst a crowd of enthusiastic voters.
Governor Makinde, who arrived at the polling station at exact 10:25am this morning, emphasized the importance of participation in the electoral process, urging citizens to come out and vote for their preferred candidates.
“I am pleased to be here today to fulfill my duty as a citizen of Oyo State. It is imperative that we all play our part in shaping the future of our local communities through active participation in the electoral process,” Governor Makinde stated.
