The All Progressives Congress ward in Ganduje, located in Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area, has opted to suspend Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the party’s National Chairman.
The suspension was announced by the party ward’s legal adviser, Halliru Gwanzo, during a press briefing in Kano State on Monday. Gwanzo highlighted bribery allegations leveled against Ganduje by the Kano State Government as the basis for the suspension.
“We have taken the decision to suspend Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje from the party due to the gravity of the allegations against him,” Gwanzo stated.
Efforts to reach out to the Chief Press Secretary to the APC National Chairman, Mr. Edwin Olufo, were unsuccessful as his mobile phone was unreachable.
