Lagelu Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, in the early hours of today, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty Oba Mahood Ishola Ali-Okunmade II, at his palace in Oja’aba.
In his heartfelt message, he described the late monarch as a father to all, accessible, and with a large heart to accommodate people.
A father who committed himself to the protection of Yoruba cultural heritage, addressing injustices, and above all, positively impacting many lives.
“When we lose a valued life on earth, we gain an angel in heaven.”
“My sincere condolences to the grieving family of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland for the immeasurable loss of your loved one. I cannot even begin to understand what you are going through at this time.
