In a proactive move to foster collaboration and express solidarity with the youth-focused initiatives of Governor Seyi Makinde, the Association of Registered Social Youth Clubs (ARSOYOC) in Oyo State paid a courtesy visit to the offices of Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Adegoke Wasilat, and Special Assistant on Political Matters to Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon. Deji Ola, at the Oyo State Secretariat.
The primary objective of the courtesy visit was to establish a closer relationship and affirm ARSOYOC’s alignment with Governor Seyi Makinde’s youth-oriented agenda. During the visit, ARSOYOC’s Chairman, Comrade Farayola Nurudeen, and his entourage extended heartfelt commendations to both Commissioner Adegoke Wasilat and Hon. Deji Ola for their outstanding contributions to youth development and inclusion in various government activities within the state.
Comrade Farayola Nurudeen, speaking on behalf of ARSOYOC, stated, “Today, we embarked on a courtesy visit to Honourable Commissioner for Youth and Sport, Hon Wasilat Adegoke, and Hon. Deji Ola, S.A Political to Governor Seyi Makinde, to commend them both for the good work they have been doing, especially on youth development and inclusion in various government activities in the State.”
In a gesture of appreciation and formal congratulations, ARSOYOC presented photo plaques to both Commissioner Adegoke Wasilat and Hon. Deji Ola, symbolizing their support and admiration.
The Chairman emphasized the association’s happiness in aligning with the Commissioner and S.A Political, assuring them of unwavering support in line with Governor Seyi Makinde’s agenda to ensure the youth lead meaningful and impactful lives in Oyo State.
Furthermore, ARSOYOC expressed their commitment to continue supporting the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, echoing their steadfast support during his first term, tagged Omituntun 1.0.
They pledged to persist in their support during the second term, tagged Omituntun 2.0, reinforcing their dedication to actively contribute to the realization of the governor’s vision for the youth in Oyo State.
