A political organisation based in Ibadan, namely DON Political Group, has felicitated its leader, Hon Folajimi Oyekunle (DON), on his appointment as the new Deputy Chief of State to Oyo State Governor.
The group, in a statement jointly signed by its co-ordinator, Hon. Bodija Akinwale, indicated that DON’S dedication to the course and ideals of Governor Makinde earned him the appointment.
While saying the appointment was well-deserved, the group noted that this was the time to put into play on a higher platform the leadership qualities bestowed on him.
The group, while also appreciating His Excellency Gov. Seyi Makinde for finding their leader worthy of the appointment, assured that he would not be disappointed he made such a decision.
“This is an appointment well deserved and a demonstration of his Party’s reposed confidence in his leadership qualities.
“It, therefore, calls for more effort, as the saying goes, the reward for hard work is more work,” the group said.
