In a commendable effort to impact his constituency, Alhaji Ibrahim Fairah, the Councilor for Ward 6 of Ibadan North Local Government, has distributed writing, teaching, and learning materials to various Islamiya schools in Sabo Ward 6.
Alhaji Fairah, who began his tenure with initiatives to ensure a clean environment by organizing environmental sanitation and bringing two waste disposal buses to collect refuse, has recently extended his support to educational institutions.
Following his earlier donations of writing , teaching and learning materials to secondary and primary schools in ward 6 , he has now provided essential materials to Islamiya schools, also known as Makaranta in Hausa, where Islamic knowledge is imparted.
The distributed materials included mats, boards, markers, and dusters, aimed at making the learning environment more comfortable and conducive.
Among the beneficiaries were Makarantan Qasimiya, Makarantan Kwankwasiya, Makarantan Salisiya, Makarantan Malam Atiku, Makarantan Malama Talatu, Makarantan Malama Stohuwa, and Makarantan Yantaula.
One of the recipients, Mallam Munzali Khalifa Qadriya, expressed his gratitude for the mats and boards provided to aid teaching and learning.
During the distribution event, Alhaji Fairah explained to the press that his motivation stems from his commitment to improving the lives of Ward 6 residents.
He emphasized his dedication to complementing the efforts of Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government.
Fairah assured the community of his ongoing support and pledged to continue bringing the dividends of democracy to them.
The beneficiaries and residents of Ward 6 expressed their deep appreciation for Alhaji Fairah’s contributions.
They lauded his efforts in addressing crucial areas such as the environment, education, and health. The community members prayed for God’s continued guidance and blessings for Alhaji Fairah, hoping for his continued ability to support and uplift the ward.
